My fantastic client based in Gloucester is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will support the company with mainly first line support issues.
-Manage Office 365 & Azure AD systems deployment (e.g. SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)
-Respond to support queries via Zendesk, over the phone and face to face
-Troubleshoot software & hardware issues both on site and remotely
-Communicate with our clients and suppliers as/when required to replenish stock, manage hardware/software, support our infrastructure, etc.
-Support ISMS audits to ensure retention of CE+ and ISO certifications
-Setup and configure devices/accounts for employees through an MDM solution
Organise and supervise ICT & data systems within the business
-Contribute to optimising ICT performance, including implementation of changes.
-Assist with the management of intranet help content, including written articles and narrated video tutorials to support our userbase
-Ensure an up to date inventory, and assist with the production of an annual audit, of all ICT equipment and licenses.
-Previous experience in IT support or customer service
-Excellent verbal and written English
-Confident, professional and personable manner
-Ability to independently prioritise work to achieve the most desirable outcome under strict -deadlines
-Highly organised with exceptional time management
-Strong desire to learn and the ability retain large volumes of information
Hours – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (Flexible Working)
Salary – Up to £20,000 + Excellent Benefits
