• Customer Service Manager – ELP710

    My fantastic client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking candidate looking to make a real difference within a company! The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar position with the ability to manage and schedule teams’ resources to meet business needs.

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Supervise day to day operations in the customer service department

    -Encourage and develop the team to help customers choose the right product, recognising buying signals, responding appropriately and closing the sale.

    -To develop the business to business sector exploring potential new opportunities

    -Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner

    -Create effective customer service procedures, policies and standards

    -Understand the teams relevant KPI’s providing weekly feedback to the business

    -Maintain accurate records including legal responsibilities, document all customer service activities and discussions and evaluate the quality of the service your team provide.  

     

    To apply for this role you must have a previous background within a customer service environment and ideally have team leading/managerial experience.

     

    Hours- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

     

    Salary- Up to £37,500 depending on experience
