• Administrator – Quedgeley – LT108

    My client based in Quedgeley is looking for a general Administrator to join their small team on a permanent basis. This is a varied role, part of the role is job sharing with another colleague, but also assisting in the day to day administration of the business.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities;

    -Answering the phone with pleasant and formal manner, transferring phone calls, etc

    -Making tea and coffee for visitors

    -Arranging shipping and associated paperwork on a daily basis

    -Booking components in from supplier delivery notes

    -Chase up suppliers for late deliveries

    -Order simple parts including stationery, nuts and bolts, etc

    -Order parts as authorised by authorised staff

    -Print and file supplier invoices and statements

    -Match supplier invoices to orders and process

    -Check and file supplier statements

    -Send out customer statements

    -Loading engines on to logs, both incoming and outgoing

    -Loading sales orders, sales invoices as and when necessary

     

     

    Key Attributes;

    -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

    -Previous Administration experience

    -Understanding of petrol and diesel engines is desirable but training is provided

     

    Hours – Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm (Hours are very flexible)

    Salary - £17,680
