My fantastic client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Help Desk Administrator to join their team until end of February 2020. For the right candidate this role could go permanent!
-To be the key point of contact between clients, tenants, suppliers, engineers, peers and managers.
-Ensure all administrative duties are actioned i.e. materials ordered for specific job requirements; jobs booked in advance to allow for smooth execution of frontline duties
-All paperwork is organised and actioned in a timely manner according to contractual SLA’s i.e. scanning documents, filing, preparing relevant paperwork.
-CRM system is used to book all work into relevant engineer’s diaries with adequate detail inputted. All subsequent communications and developments i.e. engineers’ reports, client requests, conversations with clients/tenants are to be logged within said job.
-Relevant install, service and breakdown workstreams are monitored and any follow up work is actioned within 24 hours
-Any/all queries are to be dealt with relating to the contract/specific job, troubleshooted with the team/line manager/contract manager depending on the issue.
-Organise sub-contractors where applicable
-Reporting to line manager weekly progress reports within the specified SLA’s

-Professional and confident towards both internal & external customers
-Demonstrate good interpersonal & communication skills whilst being discreet when needed
-Be able to use own initiative
-Have good timekeeping skills with a degree of flexibility
-Experience of carrying out high level administrative duties accurately and efficiently
-Experience of using a range of IT packages, i.e. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
-High level of numeracy & literacy skills
-Ability to manage own workload and deadlines
-Be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining focus on both customer & client
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-4.30pm/8.30am-5pm
