• Office Assistant – BA141

    Our multi award winning Quedgeley based client, have a brand-new exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join their friendly and successful team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brand-new role!

    The main purpose of this role will be to support the needs of the Head of Administration and the Company Partners. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however our client is looking for a forward-thinking candidate, who has exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This will be a very varied and busy role.

    Key Responsibilities;

    - General clerical duties e.g. photocopying, scanning and filing

    - Answering incoming telephone enquiries

    - Transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes within agreed timescales

    - Maintaining the Partner’s diaries as required

    - Maintain the electronic filing system

    - Compiling and collating staff holidays and sickness

    - Opening post, reviewing correspondence and distributing to Partners

    - Monitoring stock levels and arranging orders as and when required

    - Arranging general office maintenance repairs

    - Arranging and assisting in the set up of meetings, including arranging lunches

    Hours; Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

     

    Salary; National Minimum Wage
