• Reception & Customer Care Administrator – ELP147

    My fantastic client who are a market leader within their field are currently recruiting for a Reception & Customer Care Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

    The role will be based in their modern offices in Moreton in Marsh and the successful candidate will provide an excellent customer service and front of house experience.

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -First Line phone answered and transferring calls to relevant departments

    -After Sales Service including resolving delivery issues, providing POD’s

    -Copy Invoices/Delivery notes etc

    -Receiving all incoming reception visitors and parcel deliveries

    -Office Consumable purchasing and putting away

    -Booking travel eg Flights, Cabs, Hotels

    -Supporting Clients Services team

    -Arranging any meeting room requirements

    -Overseeing Lunch arrangements

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -Well-presented and approachable

    -Previous experience within a customer service/reception role

    -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    -Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

    -Strong IT skills

     

    Hours- Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm

     

    Salary- Up to £22,000
