• Telephone Customer Service Advisor – BA329

    Our well-established and progressive client based in Stonehouse are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are the fastest growing in their industry. 

    Key Responsibilities;

    - Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be first point of contact for inbound enquiries via telephone and email

    - Delivering first class customer service and assistance to all customers

    - You will also need to liaise with colleagues and other departments at times in order to solve any issues that may arise accordingly

    - Complaint resolution

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    - Previous office-based customer service experience

    - Great telephone manner

    - Experience of complaint resolution in a fast-paced environment

    - Great people and communication skills

    - Strong administration skills, able to prioritise and work accurately and under pressure

    - Strong Microsoft Office skills

     

    Hours; 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

     

    Salary; £18,300
