My fantastic client based in Brockworth, Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join their team on permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking company with more than 20 years’ experience in their market.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree within a data analytical subject such as Maths, Science, Economics or Geography.
-The accurate production and issue of all product illustrations.
-Application Processing which will include the accurate and timely processing of application forms, check anti-money laundering, issue Terms of Business, check application form information against SalesForce and add new details.
-The accurate and timely processing of pre and post dealing which will include creating document packs and resolve queries and create welcome packs
-Accurate and timely production of ad-hoc valuation requests
-Quarterly processing run of valuations including letter and statement production and issue.
-General Product Administration
-The professional answering of adviser and client phone call or email enquiries within service standard.
-Compliance with company policies, regulatory, professional and legal requirements.
-Any other ad hoc duties that maybe required.
-Excellent organisational skills.
-High quality interpersonal skills.
-Extremely accurate with an eye for detail.
-Computer literate, with a knowledge of Microsoft programmes, as well as the ability to use database and CRM systems.
-Strong and flexible work ethic.
-Self-motivated and tenacious.
Hours- Monday – Thursday - 8.30am - 5.30pm & Friday 9am - 5.00pm
