• Temporary Finance Administrator – Experience/Trainee – CMA272

    Our client is a market leading tailor made and luxury holiday specialist based in Cheltenham.  They are currently recruiting for candidate to help cover in the accounts department for approx. 3 months. 

     

    Whilst previous accounts experience is highly beneficial our client is also happy to take someone with the right attitude and personality who is competent in Microsoft Excel. If this sounds like you then please send your CV ASAP.

     

    Responsibilities will include:

    - To help in the processing of direct cost invoices. This involves checking invoices to the booking system and authorising for payment.

    - To pay supplier accounts using the Barclays Internet Banking system.

    - To process customer payments on credit and debit cards.

    - Identify & post customer bank deposits to the relevant bookings and accounts.

     

    Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

     

    Salary – Negotiable depending on experience, please send your CV outlining your salary expectations.
