My fantastic client based in the heart of Cheltenham have a fantastic opportunity to join their fun and outgoing team as a Customer Service Advisor.
Candidates from a retail, hospitality, or office background will be considered for this role. All the client asks is for a committed and hardworking attitude with the willingness to learn.
-Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations
-Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes
-Ensuring calls are answered in a timely professional manner, ensuring the required customer experience is always delivered.
-Understanding the client's demands and needs and providing insurance solutions.
-Ensuring that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company's complaints procedure.
-Previous customer service experience from any industry
-Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment
-Confident on the telephone
-Excellent communication skills
-Good organisation skills and be task driven
Hours- 35 hours per week. Shifts between 9am-8pm during peak months, 9am-5pm during non-peak months.
Salary- £16,900 Basic with OTE of £19,000
