My fantastic client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Help Desk Administrator to join their expanding and busy team.
The successful candidate will aim to provide excellent customer service by answering and resolving help desk queries relating to payroll software issues.
-Provide customers a truly great customer care experience
-Record and maintain all support calls on a daily basis in a timely manner
-Resolve as many calls as possible at the point of contact
-Escalate calls to second and third line support as per the agreed service level agreements
-Identify ‘payroll critical’ situations that require immediate attention
-Provide support statistics to customers, resellers and the Management Team
-Identify and carry out actions that improves the customer experience
-Experience working within an office environment
-Experience of working within a service desk or contact centre is desirable
-Any knowledge of PAYE legislation, SMP, SSP, SPP, Student loans, pensions, attachment of earnings and deductions is desirable
-Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, explorer) and experience using software packages
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5.00pm
