• Property Administrator – ELP592

    My fantastic client who are a local, friendly and independent Estate Agent in Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to manage the overall letting process such as preparing contracts, arranging completion on inventories and collection of ingoing funds as well as providing administrative support to the Property Managers.

     

    Ideally the successful candidate will have previous property experience, however my client will consider candidates with strong administration experience.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Manage the overall letting process

    -Front office management - dealing with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquiries.

    -Provide administrative support to 2 x Property Managers

    -Provide administrative report to the Sales and Lettings Negotiators

    -Ensure effective management of the office diary system

    -Effectively manage the tenancy renewal process ensuring all contracts signed via Docusign.

    -Manage the property site sales/lettings board ordering process to ensure all boards are erected and collected promptly and correctly

    -Maintain an effective ordering system and stock control for all office supplies

    -Support the property negotiators within the referencing process

    -Ensure production of currently available property lists for both sales and lettings

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -Strong administrative background

    -Experience within property would be beneficial

    -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    -Strong organisational skills

    -Ability to work on own initiative

     

    Hours- Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm + 2 Saturdays per month 9am-1pm with a day off in the week

     

    Salary- Up to £20,000
