• Customer Service Advisor – ELP678

    My client based in Cheltenham has a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join them on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. You will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic team in order to provide and answer queries from around the world.

    Responsibilities;
    -Effectively handle the large volume of telephone calls received from UK and international callers daily

    -Providing information and advice about their academic, vocational and professional qualifications

    -Provide general administrative support

     

    Candidate attributes;
    -Previous experience in an office-based environment
    -Excellent Customer Service skills
    -Good organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
    -Minimum of A-Levels or equivalent
    -The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
     

    Hours – Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm

     

    Salary - £18,000
