Our very successful client in the construction industry has a new exciting opportunity for a new employee to come and join their expanding customer care department, in Staverton. You will play a key role in making sure the customers are happy and the client delivers efficient service their customers expect. They are looking for someone to start right away!
This role will be a 6-month contract initially with a view of extending this.
- Dealing with customer calls and emails
- Offering a first class customer service
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and clients, developing strong working relationships
- Producing and investigating invoice enquiries
- General administration
- Impressive communication skills
- Attention to detail with a conscientious approach
- Great telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
Salary - £17,500
