This is an excellent opportunity to join an international company with a great reputation. The role will be based in their offices in Quedgeley, Gloucester and will initially be on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Payroll and Expenses Team.
-Understand business processes.
-Inputting basic payroll and expenses information onto systems.
-Resolving queries received by telephone and e-mail.
-Ad-hoc administration, filing, data entry, e-mail writing.
-General administrative duties to help support the Payroll & Expenses Team.
-Solid education to include Maths and English
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to listen and take on instruction
-Ability to prioritise work load
Hours – Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm
