• Trainee Payroll & Expenses Administrator – ELP567

    This is an excellent  opportunity to join an international company with a great reputation.  The role will be based in their offices in Quedgeley, Gloucester and will initially be on a 6 month fixed term contract.

     

    The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Payroll and Expenses Team.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Understand business processes.

    -Inputting basic payroll and expenses information onto systems.

    -Resolving queries received by telephone and e-mail.

    -Ad-hoc administration, filing, data entry, e-mail writing.

    -General administrative duties to help support the Payroll & Expenses Team.

     

    Candidate Attributes:

    -Solid education to include Maths and English

    -Excellent communication skills

    -Ability to listen and take on instruction

    -Ability to prioritise work load

     

    Hours – Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm

     

    Salary – Competitive Salary + £700 bonus (not guaranteed) + 33 days holiday includes bank holidays, Pension (Er 7% Ee 5%), Health Cash Plan, 3x salary Life Assurance, cycle to work scheme, staff sales discount

Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm
