My fantastic client based in Stroud are currently recruiting for an Junior Purchasing Administrator to join their fast paced and expanding team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are a key manufacturer provider within their industry.
-Develop the purchasing system and role incorporating purchase orders, re-ordering levels and price negotiation
-Supplier and department team leader liaison
-Scanning of data job cards
-Support operational administration teams as needed
-Developing pricing list for customer sales
-Answer incoming telephone calls
-Previous administration experience is essential
-Excellent Word and Excel knowledge
-Excellent telephone manner
-Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
-Strong organisational skills
Hours- Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-1pm
Salary- £18,000- £20,000 + Benefits!
