    My client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a bright and outgoing individual to join their well-established team on a permanent basis.

     

    They will consider candidates who are currently working within an office environment looking for a varied and challenging role or even candidates currently working in retail looking to get into an office!

     

    The main purpose of this role is to administer projects from start to finish and to be involved within the sales order process from the pre-order checklist to invoicing.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Compiling quotations

    -Dealing with incoming sales enquiries

    -Pre-order checking

    -Sales order processing

    -Purchase ordering

    -Ensuring the correct documentation is retained in the correct project file

    -Providing support to all Project Managers when required

     

    Hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

    Salary- £16,000 + 12% Bonus which is paid quarterly
