My fantastic client based in Cheltenham are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a permanent part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive company, where the successful candidate will help with day to day activities within Supply Chain.
-To produce and distribute as appropriate daily stock and sales reports
-To proactively communicate with suppliers to ensure orders are progressed in a timely fashion
-To proactively alert the relevant department of any potential issues with critical orders and assisting in resolving any problems affecting scheduled deliveries
-Receipting stock onto SAGE
-To ensure intercompany stock transfers are reported correctly under correct company
-Taking ownership of internal documents such as volumetric spreadsheets, updating where necessary and sharing information with internal stakeholders;
-Experience using SAGE is highly desirable
-Strong administrative experience
-Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Hours- 20 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary-£18,750 pro rata
