• Sales Analyst – Luxury Travel Industry – CMA300

    Our client is a market leading tailor made and luxury holiday specialist based in London. 

     

    This is an attractive brand-new permanent opportunity to join a well-established company that can offer great career opportunities! The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and reporting revenue and booking data and use pricing models to support ongoing commercial decision making.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Prepare revenue reports for various areas, and models and forecasts for ongoing and ad-hoc commercial and strategic decisions, including spread sheets, draw charts and graphs to illustrate findings.

    -Review lodge/boat financial performance and yield control to maximise revenues.

    -Provide support to database manager(s) and financial and reservation teams and help ensure that revenue and booking data throughout the Group is complete, correct and consistent.

    -Create, maintain and use pricing files, calculate rate changes and special offers, and assist in the development of annual pricing strategies.

    -Create rate sheets for distribution internally and externally.

    -Administer eRes, including loading rates, special offers, services and new clients, and assist in the development of the eRes system and processes for improving booking and reporting purposes.

    -Actively participate in team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

    -Flexibility to work extended hours on short notice to complete reports or presentations when required.

    -Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -Business or Finance degree with 3 to 4 years’ experience. 2 years’ experience in a similar role helpful.

    -Strong PC skills including intermediate Excel skills and PowerPoint skills.

    -Strong analytical skills with ability to read behind the numbers and make recommendations to senior management.

    -Strong organizational, presentation and outstanding communication skills. 

    -Ability to work with minimal supervision.

     

    Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

    Salary – Up to £35,000
