Our client based in Gloucester is currently recruiting for an Installation Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that can offer good future career opportunities.
This role is key to the installation administrative function and it is essential to develop and maintain a demonstrable interest in the customer’s journey by liaising directly with the installation engineers, the stores department, the customer, sales surveyors, designers, the finance team and that you can respond to the changing priorities and pressures with ease, keeping all parties informed as to progress.
This role presents the opportunity to play a visible and active part within a multi-skilled professional team and to contribute to the success thereof. Excellent communication skills and willingness to ‘own’ the job are key requirements.
To provide efficient and proactive administration support for the installation department.
To ensure that the customer file is full and complete to the requirements of the business.
The file (electronic and hard copy) must be made up accurately with full and detailed information, maintained and closed down and archived to the highest standard.
Any job that requires a revisit either by an engineer or the sales team must be attended to without delay and it your responsibility in this key role to ‘own’ these elements and to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Proficient and competent in the use of all Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer care skills
- Capable of multi-tasking within a busy environment and remaining cheerful
- Enjoys working under pressure with changing priorities
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Salary: £18k plus 25 day’s holiday!
