We currently have a great permanent opportunity to join our well established and successful client based in Hempsted, Gloucester that have ambitious future plans for growth.
The job is based within smart refurbished offices, supporting an established team including the Directors. Duties will include general administration of purchase orders and invoices, chasing suppliers on outstanding orders, stock control, general office and reception duties. As you grow into the role there is further opportunities to take on extra duties within social media and accounts.
Our client is happy to consider experienced administrative candidates along with candidates that don’t have much experience but are keen and willing to learn, as long as you have the right attitude and personality with the ability to pick things up quickly you can apply.
- Must be Computer literate
- Good level of English Language
- Good verbal/telephone communication skills
- Friendly nature
- Experienced using Sage would be beneficial but not essential
Hours - Monday – Friday - 8.30am – 5pm (Early finish on a Friday)
Salary – £18k – This is negotiable for the right candidate therefore if you are interested please send your CV outlining your salary expectations.
