• Payroll Clerk - CMACO11

    Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester are recruiting for a permanent experienced Payroll Clerk to join their well-established, small and friendly team. 


    The job will be to provide an accurate, efficient and friendly service to the clients and deal efficiently and accurately with all aspects of designated client and office administration.



    - Process the input received from clients

    - Accurately and quickly input payroll data

    - Liaise with clients with regard to service requirements and problem resolution

    - Ensure payroll deadlines are met in conjunction with service level agreements

    - Print client payslips and part process client payrolls

    - Ensure post and couriered items are processed correctly and on time

    - Prepare the Monthly customer invoices

    - Archive payroll information

    - Maintain stock control (stationery etc)

    - Administer petty cash


    Candidate attributes:

    - Some payroll knowledge desirable, but not essential as full training will be given

    - Be able to effectively manage time and prioritise workload

    - Demonstrate PC keyboard/mouse skills

    - Demonstrate a good telephone manner


    Hours - Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm


    Salary – Up to £22k
