A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join the team for one of our expanding clients based in Stonehouse. This is great time to join the company as they are on the route to an exciting new journey.
Previous customer service and/or sales experience would be highly desirable.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and handling enquiries via telephone, face to face and email.
- Supporting the customer and providing them with updates
- Where appropriate, promoting and actively selling the company’s products
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop front
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Hours; 24 Hours Per Week. This is on a 2-week rotating rota basis;
- Week 1 will include working 3 days between Monday to Friday; 2 shifts 8am to 6pm, 1 shift 8am to 1:30pm
- Week 2 will include working 1 day during the week and both days on the weekend; 1 week day will be a shift of 8am to 6pm and the weekend hours will be Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm
Salary; £8.89 per hour
