• Administration Assistant – CMA301

    Our successful and growing client are currently recruiting for a permanent Administration Assistant to join their small and friendly team based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. 

     

    Overview of duties:

    - Sorting of post/ franking outgoing mail & filing

    - Answering of telephones

    - Ordering of stationary

    - Processing orders & raising jobs on a database

    - Raising quotations to customers

    - Raising PO’s to suppliers

    - Ensuring subcontractors have relevant paperwork/ qualifications

    - Upkeep of company insurance/ certification renewals

    - Processing & monitoring of holiday requests/ Sickness

    - Filing of personnel documents

    - Ensuring training records are up to date and booking courses

    - Processing Supplier Invoices

    - Creating customer invoices

    - Chasing outstanding customer debt

    - Managing supplier accounts & raising cheques & payments

    - Sending customer statements

    - Processing of engineer timesheets/ wage information

    - Processing of expenses

    - Reconciling company credit cards

    - Managing company phones

     

    To apply for this vacancy, you will need to have some previous office experience with the ability to pick things up quickly.  You will need to be accurate with a good telephone manner and PC skills.

     

    Salary - £18-20k

    Hours - Monday – Friday - 9am – 5.30pm
