My fantastic client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finalising quotations through to order entry, ensuring customer requirements are met and understood.
-Management of new customer enquiries (including account set ups)
-Daily review of tasks within CRM
-To cost accurately against validated drawings from Design
-Compile accurate quotations
-Daily order entry (including non-manufactured process)
-Daily checks against order entry
-Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders. Ensuring that such matters are expedited speedily, and the information in V’Pak is accurate and up to date.
-Ensure problems are resolved swiftly when dealing with customer concerns (including late deliveries)
-Maintain daily KPI’s
-Maintain good working relationships with customers
-To ensure that continuity of the role is achieved over periods of absence.
-Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Supply Chain Manager
-Previous experience within customer service, whether this is in the office, retail or hospitality
-Good analytical skills
-Good working knowledge of MS Office
Hours- Monday to Friday- 9am-5pm
Salary- £17,000-£18,500 + Excellent benefits including 26 days holidays plus bank holidays!
