• Sales Support Administrator – BA536

    Our fantastic and long-established client based in Stonehouse, have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

    Key Responsibilities;

    - Handling Sales team enquires through to actual order 

    - Managing the end to end ordering process 

    - To provide regular contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction (new and existing customers) 

    - To ensure any issues raised are identified/resolved and appropriate departments made aware

    - Contact existing customers regarding order patterns 

    - Sales ledger support

    - Process Daily Sales Invoicing and Sales Credit Notes 

    - Where required arrange Product Manufacturing, Shipping and Insurance for product


    Candidate Attributes;

    - Outgoing and positive with a ‘can do’ approach

    - Excellent communicator with the ability to easily build relationships 

    - Attention to detail with accuracy and speed

    - Previous experience in processing sales orders and invoicing

    - Significant office administration experience

    - Experience of using SAP would be an advantage


    Hours; Full Time

    Salary; £20,000 - £21,000
