• Administrator - Stonehouse – ELP619

    My client based in Stonehouse are looking for an Administrator to join a small and friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis.

     

    This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with current administration experience to be involved in a varied and fast paced role.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Order processing, job completions and reporting

    -Update customer Date Sheets

    -Accurately register Gas Safe, NICEIC installations and warranties

    -Raise estimates and follow-up outcomes

    -File archival: storage, retrieval and destruction

    -Accurate daily filing of order paperwork

    -Order and maintain office stationery and company workwear

    -Carry out general office administration, ad-hoc tasks and provide support to the Customer Services Team

     

    Candidate Attributes:

    -Previous administration experience

    -Excellent phone manner

    -Good experience in using Microsoft Office

    -Proven ability in problem solving and working to deadlines

    -Enjoy being part of a team

    -Be client orientated

    -Be methodical, systematic and highly organised

    -Have a flexible, enthusiastic and committed approach

     

    Hours- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

     

    Salary- £18,000
