• Professional Standards Caseworker - LB226

    Our client based in Quedgeley are looking for a new Professional Standards Caseworker to join their team. The successful candidate will manage the administrative processes of case files in relation to complaints and allegations of misconduct. The role is a temporary fixed term contract for 6 months.

    Candidate Responsibilities;

    - For recording purposes making sure complaints are kept consistent with the recording process and with regional/national processes

    - Keep up to date with changes of the complaints, legislation and regulations and ensure are reflected in the role

    - Responsible for management of own work load and to raise any anomalies in the administration process to the Investigating officer to achieve timelines for every case.

    - Prepare and collate files for the complaint and misconduct investigations

    -  Ensuring consistency in dealings across all files

    - Responsible at the end of all allocated cases and to include a review of all data and documentation on file, ensuring al officers a staff have been informed of the outcome
    - Prepare statistical and management information as required

    - General Administration tasks

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    - Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English Language
    - Computer literate
    - Experience of preparing correspondence to a high standard
    - Experience of using research to help conclude

    - Excellent time management

    - Ability to adapt to different individual needs
    - High level of integrity and discretion

    - Excellent communication skills

     

    Salary- £21,999 - £24,030

     

    Hours- Full time 37 hours per week
