We are recruiting for a permanent office Administrator to join our well established and successful company based in Hempsted, Gloucester.
This is a good opportunity to join a company with ambitious plans for growth. The team is small and the Office Administrator is the main administrative support within the office.
Duties will include administration of purchase orders and invoices, chasing suppliers on outstanding orders, stock control, general office and reception duties.
- Must be Computer literate
- Experienced using Sage would be beneficial but not essential
- Good level of English Language
- Good verbal/telephone communication skills
- Previous office experience
- Friendly nature
Hours - Monday – Friday - 8.30am – 5pm (Early finish on a Friday)
