• Sales Administrator – Tewkesbury - ELP883

    My client based in Tewkesbury pride themselves on the excellent service that they offer to their customers. They are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team until end of May 2018 of a maternity contract.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Process sales orders

    -Raise Card, Key and Customised software forms ensuring information is correct and pass to the relevant department within 24 hours of receipt

    -Raise Manufacturing orders for Cards, Keys, Customised Software and standard out-of-stock software

    -Identify out-of-stock items and establish new despatch dates by use of pending purchase receipts

    -Provide Quotes and estimated delivery dates on request from Customers

    -Provide shipping information to the customer once order(s) despatched

    -Process requests for return of goods for return/repair by entering onto GP and advise the customer of the relevant returns number

    -For repairs raise the works order on receipt and schedule despatch in accordance with requirements

    -For returns, co-ordinate paperwork to provide replacement/credit

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -Previous experience in a administrative role is essential

    -Excellent attention to detail

    -Flexible and professional approach to work

    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills

     

    Hours- Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

     

    Salary-  Up to £22,000
