Exciting permanent opportunity to join an international company based in Quedgeley, Gloucester who have an excellent reputation.
Providing administrative support to the Finance Managers, but primarily the Snr Manager – Finance Operations & Strategic Initiatives working closely with the Finance PA. Also, providing cover for reception and supporting with building wide events/activities, when required.
Specific Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist with arranging meetings for Finance Managers
- Overseeing the general office management for Finance; including checking meetings rooms periodically and working with Facilities to report any building issues
- Providing reception cover and Finance PA cover when required
- Submitting PO’s for Finance and resolving any arising issues with PO’s if blocked
- Providing administrative support for Finance office related projects when required
- Reviewing Finance Health & Safety records and reporting any gaps to Finance Managers
- Assisting with Finance visitor arrangements when required; including booking ground transportation, ordering lunches and refreshments, etc.
- Designing and preparing various communications for Finance; including updating the E-Communications (TV Screens)
- Supporting with building wide events and activities when required
- Assisting with any general administrative support to Finance such as filing, typing, letter writing, photocopying, etc
Education and experience requirements:
- Would need knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as minimum
- Previous administration experience
- Experience working in a finance team ideally
Hours – Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm
Salary - £19,000 with a bonus of £700
