• Service Connection Administrator – Career Opportunity! - CMA258

    Ideal permanent opportunity to join a thriving company based in Stonehouse that can offer career opportunities.  Our client is now recruiting for a Service Connection Administrator, the main focus of the role is to liaise with customers for the installation of individual service connections, coordinate the internal delivery of these connections.  Full training will be provided.

     

    Responsibilities:

    - Using internal booking system to upload requests and keeping records of Call off requests

    - Communicate with Scheduling Team to arrange appropriate labour to complete connection

    - Communicate and manage booking installations by an external contractor

    - Manage the ordering and stocking of correct products for developers

    - Ensure accurate records are kept of work completed to enable accurate monthly reporting

    - Answering external calls in a professional and friendly manner ensuring they are directed to the correct person/ team

    - Liaise with customers and internal staff to manage requests for installation, keeping customers advised

    - Ensure that connections are delivered on time and within budget

    - Receive, file and forward completed connections paperwork

    - Manage the administration by providing accurate and timely connection information

    - Manage the administration of Internal Audits

    - Update project files with relevant documentation

     

    Candidate Attributes:

    - Confident approach to customer service

    - Tenacious with good communication skills, both written and verbal

    - Good knowledge of Microsoft office software

    - Ability to work effectively within a team

    - Strong organisational skills, able to multitask

     

    Hours – Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm

     

    Salary - £19k
