• Office/Finance Manager - KG160

    Our client is a well-established family run business based in Gloucester City Centre and they now have the opportunity for a permanent Office Manager to work alongside the business owner providing front line administrative support in all back office related duties.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities;
    -Manage and motivate staff

    -General administration

    -VAT returns

    -Invoicing

    -Perform Office Management duties in an efficient & professional manner
    -Working closely alongside Company Director to ensure the smooth running of the business
    -Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally

    -Manage all areas of HR, Health and Safety

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -SAGE experience essential

    -An Office Management or Supervision background
    -Excellent planning and organisational skills
    -Finance/Accounts background beneficial
    -Excellent ability to supervise as well as work as part of a team

    -Able to communicate at all levels

    -Forward thinking approach

     

    Hours – Monday - Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm

    Salary - Up to £30k
