Our global manufacturing client is recruiting for a temporary Documentation Administrator for their offices in Quedgeley, Gloucester. The role will be initially for 3-6 months however permanent opportunities could be available for the right candidate.
Purpose of the role will be to process new orders and amendments into the MRP system. To prepare order acknowledgements. To control submission and returns of documentation for review/approval by customer. Provide administrative support to Contracts department.
To apply for this role ideally you will have some documentation experience however this is not essential. You must have administration experience and experience with PDF editor would be highly beneficial.
Hours – Monday – Friday – 37.5
Salary – £9-10.50ph depending on experience
