My fantastic client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their team on a 3 month contract with the view to go permanent.
Excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous customer service experience looking to join an exciting business.
-Overseeing the Customer Service team, monitoring performance & implementing development plans if needed
-To ensure that sales and enquiries from customers are effectively handled.
-Be continuously seeking efficiency, process and customer experience improvements.
-Ensure that business is conducted with integrity and is consistent with the goals and values of the business and is handled with due skill, care and diligence.
-Previous experience in a similar role is essential
-Excellent customer service experience
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Efficient with high attention to detail
-Good telephone manner
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
