    Overview of main tasks -

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director and assisting the Customer Services Manager when necessary, the post-holder will primarily be responsible for booking trainers for all seminars, webinars and Train the Trainer packages ordered, as well as completing all the necessary steps for these products between order and through to delivery. This will include organising training dates, gathering information from the new client, preparing printed materials and compiling logistics for the trainers – all to a timed schedule. 

     

    The post-holder will assist in the sending of direct marketing campaigns (mainly email & via Outlook) to a database of 26,000+ contacts.

     

    This will also involve the creation and maintenance of company website pages to direct interested parties to. Full training on the system will be provided.

     

    The marketing aspect of the role will also involve having an excellent grasp of the database so that data groups can be exported and emailed as needed.  All marketing aspects must be fully recorded and monitored, to allow us to tailor future campaigns to make them as successful as possible.

     

    The role could also involve the planning and implementation of the social media activity for the right candidate.

     

    Candidate attributes -

    The post-holder should have excellent written, verbal and organisational skills, attention to detail, be able to represent the company professionally to customers, be proficient in all computer packages particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

     

    Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

     

    Salary - £20,500 - £22,000
