• Office Assistant/ Events Coordinator- LB412

     

    Our fantastic candidate based in Cheltenham are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team, this is a brand-new role due to the company growing. This is a great opportunity to get into a role with fantastic career progression. You will be an ambitious, hands-on individual with both drive and energy, playing an integral role within the company.

    Candidate responsibilities;
    - Answer incoming calls
    - Schedule travel arrangements
    - Organise company events and outings
    - Greet clients and vendors upon arrival
    - Maintain office supply inventory, manage orders
    - Assist HR and Finance with administrative duties
    - Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail

    Candidate Attributes;
    -
    Strong communication skills
    - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
    - Adaptable
    - Proactive and can use their initiative
    - Great interpersonal skills, dealing with people at all levels

    Hours- Monday- Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

    Salary- £16000-£18000 depending on experience
